Megan Sanchez’s Role At BR Messer

Megan Sanchez supports the daily operations and digital presence of BR Messer with the same organization and creativity that defined her earlier career in education. She helps ensure that internal systems run smoothly while also maintaining the firm’s outward-facing communications. From coordinating schedules and events to managing the company website and LinkedIn content, Megan combines efficiency with a keen sense of design and message clarity.

Professional Development

Before joining BR Messer, Megan taught Spanish at both the middle- and junior-high levels, where she created curriculum, mentored students, and led cultural programs. That experience honed her ability to explain complex ideas clearly, adapt to different audiences, and keep projects on track—all skills she brings to her work in professional services. Her background as an educator continues to shape her collaborative approach and her focus on helping teams learn, grow, and connect.

Skills and Experience

In addition to her administrative and communications work, Megan contributes to the firm’s marketing strategy through digital content creation, website upkeep, and brand consistency across platforms. She has experience with WordPress, Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and graphic design, allowing her to support both the technical and creative sides of the business. Her attention to detail and thoughtful feedback help maintain BR Messer’s polished and professional online presence.

Megan Sanchez’s Education and Interests

Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education from Brigham Young University–Idaho, where she also completed a TESOL minor and certificates in TESOL and Educational Foundations. Outside of work, she enjoys language learning, and spending time with her husband, her two children, and their two dogs. In addition to that,  she enjoys finding new ways to combine education and communication in digital spaces.
