Mark Feldman is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership in finance, operations, and corporate strategy. As CEO of CSuite CFO, LLC, Mark Feldman advises companies on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. He works closely with business owners and leadership teams to clarify priorities, improve financial visibility, and strengthen performance.
Leadership and Growth Experience
Mark Feldman previously served as President, COO, and CFO of Sterling Custom Sheet Metal. During his leadership, the company grew from $12 million in revenue to $21 million and increased its enterprise value almost eightfold. He also held senior financial leadership roles at EnviroCon Systems and Arc Terminals Holdings. At Arc Logistics, he guided key strategic initiatives, helped the company scale, and supported its transition into a publicly traded entity. His experience spans both private and public companies, giving him insight into the unique pressures of each environment.
