Early Career in Public Accounting

Christine Reber began her career in public accounting. She focused on assurance services and supported a wide range of clients. These early roles strengthened her skills in audits, compliance, and financial reporting. They also gave her a clear view of how sound accounting builds strong businesses.

Leadership at Dr Pepper Snapple Group

In 2017, Christine joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group. She worked on the external reporting and technical accounting team. When the company merged with Keurig, her role expanded. Christine prepared public filings, guided debt and equity issuances, and oversaw compliance with new reporting standards. Her efforts gave leaders, investors, and regulators the timely information they needed during a complex transition.

Expanding Expertise After the Merger

After the merger, Christine moved into more advanced financial reporting. She streamlined processes across international operations, reducing delays and increasing accuracy. She also introduced systems that improved compliance while making reporting more efficient. At the same time, she advised senior leaders on technical accounting questions, helping them act with confidence. These projects strengthened the finance function as a partner in strategy, not just reporting.
