Personal Life

Andrew was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, and has called Dallas home for more than twelve years. He and his wife, Becca, were high school sweethearts and have been married for over a decade. Together they are raising four children. Because of this, family remains at the center of his life, and Andrew treasures his role as both husband and father. Consequently, these relationships give him balance and perspective, qualities that also strengthen his professional approach.

Community Involvement

Faith plays an essential role in Andrew’s life. As a follower of Christ, he invests time in serving others at CityBridge, his local church. There, in particular, he focuses on leadership development, mentorship, and encouraging personal growth. Through this work, he lives out his belief that success requires both achievement and service. Andrew Smith’s Outside Interests

Outside of work and community, Andrew finds purpose in running and competing. In the last three years, he got into marathoning, improving and ultimately achieving the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2027.
