Professional Experience —Ryan Nemec

Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a strong foundation in accounting and finance. He began his career at EY, where he spent six years building expertise in tax compliance and advisory services. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with both individuals and businesses across a variety of industries.

Afterward, Ryan joined United Surgical Partners International and served there for two and a half years. In this role, he expanded his focus to corporate tax planning and developed strategies that supported the company’s financial growth. These opportunities gave him the skills to manage complex tax matters and to deliver practical solutions that aligned with long-term business goals.

Today, Ryan serves as Senior Tax Manager at BR Messer. In this position, he concentrates on preparing and optimizing tax filings for clients, while also offering forward-looking financial planning. Furthermore, he provides executive teams with insights that reduce financial risk, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making. Through this combination of technical knowledge and strategic vision, Ryan helps clients strengthen their financial outlook and position themselves for growth.
